We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. This Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver products purchased from storebazar.com.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high demand or special sales, processing time may extend slightly — we’ll notify you via email if that happens.


2. Shipping and Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India.
If delivery is not available in your area, you’ll be notified during checkout.


4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a certain value (if applicable).

  • For other orders, a nominal shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped:

  • You’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.

  • You can use that link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.

  • If you’re unavailable during both attempts, your package may be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.


7. Delayed or Lost Deliveries

While we always try to deliver on time, unforeseen issues (like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays) may cause slight delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

  • Please check your tracking details.

  • Contact us for assistance — we’ll coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Immediately inform us at support@storebazar.com with your order number and photos of the package.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Storebazar delivers only within India.
We may offer international delivery in the future — updates will be posted on our website.
