2. Shipping Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take additional time.

You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on selected products or orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the product or checkout page).

Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order

After shipment, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

You can track your order using the provided tracking link until it reaches your address.

5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout before completing the order.
6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times.

If you are unavailable both times, the parcel may be returned to us.

Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

Do not accept the parcel (if visibly damaged).

If damage or a missing item is noticed after delivery, report it within 48 hours by emailing support@storebazar.com.
Please share clear photos or unboxing videos to help us verify the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Delivery Delays
Delays can occur due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues.
We’ll always keep you informed if your order is delayed beyond normal timelines.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Storebazar ships orders only within India.
We will update our policy once international shipping becomes available.
